Can't compile gnomecvs! autogen.sh/configure error!

I tried hard but could not figure out why autogen.sh is failing! I get
the
follwing errors when I try to run autogen.sh in glib and gtk+ and
anything!

I have installed

autoconf-2.12  gnomecvs       libtool-1.2
automake-1.3   gtk+-ps-docs   m4-1.4

and trying to compile gnome on IRIX6.2 with IDO7.1 cc compiler. This
is first time
I have problems installing any gnu software!
