It must be your overly bloated install/doinst.sh.

Seriously, the imlib rpm, if you build to the spec file in the
tarball, would not include %{prefix}/bin/imlib_config.  At least 300K
offense is there.

I would suggest that you take a look at the %files section in the
spec file.  It should be helpful for making other packages as well.
