E es Enlightenment, the all-singing all-dancing window manager.  It is
on the "e" module on cvs, and is released independently of the normal
Gnome releases.

GMC is the Gnome version of the GNU Midnight Commander file manager.
It is on the "mc" module on cvs, and has periodic releases.
