gnome-network improvements

There was a PPP package for GNOME wasn't there based on 
EzPPP (writte by the same author I believe). I think its called 
GnomePPP or gPPP or something like that. Anyway, I believe it 
would be an excellent addition to the gnome-network package as 
to simplify things for new users. For example KDE has a 
wonderfully simple kPPP application (one of the few things thats 
good about it)
