gnome-guile can't find guile

Hi,

I was wondering what would cause autoconf in gnome-guile to complain about not
having guile.  I had guile1.2 and I installed guile1.3.  Still no luck.

Actually, if someone could clue me in to where the test for that might live
(found part of it, but not enough to figure out what it's looking for), that
would be ok.
