Does the gnome url handler system get mime types for the http protocol? For
example, if you give it the url "http://www.stuff.com/blar.gif" can you
retrieve the mime type for it? If it can, then the program can decide wether
it wants to try to handle it. If it doesn't want to handle it, it can pass
it back to a gnome url function to open the url with the correct program.
That would work if the functions exist...
