Gtk-doc

Does anyone know what the error message about sgml/stylesheets means
when configuring
gtk-doc?  I'm trying to build all of gnome myself and was following the
order that was on the website.  I can't continue because I'm trying to
compile gtk-doc and it won't configure without these stylesheets.  So do
I need this or what?  Or where can I get these stylesheets?
