SV: File manager tree.

I think that the file manager could be much improved if you could:

a) TURN THAT DAMN 'RUNNING AS ROOT' ERROR MESSAGE OFF

That message is good for clueless newbies and should probably be left as it
is.
But maybe there should be a little checkbox saying "Want do display this
message on next startup" or something.
