Control Center->Dialogs does not work

Hi there,
Can anyone tell me what is supposed to display in Control Center->
Dialogs? I click on it, and my hard drive thrashes about wildly for
about a minute and a half (I haven't timed it) and then does nothing, no
capplet in the rhs pane. Nothing.
I'm using gnome-core-1.0.5, gnome-libs-1.0.9, control-center-1.0.5.
