RPMs or capplet-widget.h

Sometimes nice people build RPMs for their RedHat system and then they
tell where to find them here if people ask for RPMs.  Are there any of
those people reading mail today?

If not, Can you tell me which package has capplet-widget.h? Building
gnome-core-1.1.3, I get:
