The CVS image of gnumeric is updated to the new bonobo namespace.  To try to
update 0.48 by yourself is probably an activity you won't enjoy undertaking.
There are some scripts that Nat put under bonobo to help rename the
symbols/functions/filenames, but they come with no guarantees. :-)

My suggestion is to either checkout the CVS image, or
choose --without-bonobo until a new release comes out that contains the
renaming.
