This is a most sensible comment.

The great beauty of Free Software (Free as in beach, not free as in
spear. Oops
maybe I've had too much spear) is that there is no such thing as a bad
product but only
because there is no "product". It's like talking
To sit there and complain about something, like the guy
who maintains the "Why Linux Sux" web page, is hypocritical. It's not
like using 
software from Symantec or Adobe or Microsoft where you can only wait for
someone
to fix it. You can also participate. People who complain about Free
Software remind
me of people who complain about politics as if it were something that
happens to them.
We don't have to be passive and fatalistic anymore. We can be
participants in change
for the better. Free Software is for activists who want a say in their
future.
Fatalists and malingerers need not apply.

I feel like I'm writing a post for Slashdot. Gnome-list is more tepid
than torrid.

I must admit though, I kind of like it.
