I had the same problem, the compilation is OK but no RPMs files are created.
To solve the problem I have comment 3 lines in the bonobo.spec file
#%dir %{prefix}/share/gnome/bonobo
#%{prefix}/bin/bonobo-image-x-png
#%{prefix}/share/gnome/bonobo/docs/*

And now I can generate RPM files but I don't know if I am right.
