I can't find any information on Gnulpr anywhere, so perhaps you should
provide some more details.

Personally, I've been trying to get the GNOME community and everyone else
to support CUPS (see http://www.cups.org/), but I haven't had much luck OR
the time to work on this myself (well, this is not quite true, there is
ftp://ftp.kscanners.no/pub/SRPMS/ksui-print-0.01-1.src.rpm, of course.)
