Re: ximian installer grayed out, RH7, Gnome 1.2.1



i had the same problem.  this is how i fixed it:

you need to duplicate the directory structure from the ximian site.  in
other words, put the files you have already downloaded into a subdirectory
called redhat-70-i386/ and download the additional file install.xml.
for reference, the ximian ftp site looks like:
