Esd

I can't seem to figure out how to get GNOME/Sawfish sounds to work without
having Esd running.  My audio card (SBLive) has drivers that support mixing
the the dsp device itself, so Esd is a little wasteful - plus I seem to get
a little bit of sound distortion, and I'm fairly sure it's becaue Esd is
being used.
