It's gnuplot.  Try the GNU website, www.gnu.org.  You may have some
success searching in yahoo or google (but make sure it's spelled right
;-))

StarOffice is owned by Sun now.  I tried it while it was owned by
StarDivision and before I had Linux installed.  It seemed really
bloated and I hated the UI.
