Incomplete gnome main menu after upgrade RH9->FC1

Hi,

after upgrading from RH9 to FC1, the gnome main menu is
incomplete:

 in the "System Settings" -> "Server Settings" subemenu

the "Services" entry is missing. How to repair this menu(s)?
