Seems like a bug. Logout seems to not respond to any key combination set
via "Keyboard shortcut"

 A temporary workaround would be to use the below

$ gconftool-2 --type string \
 --set /apps/metacity/keybinding_commands/command_1 \
 "gnome-session-save --kill"

$ gconftool-2 --type string \
 --set /apps/metacity/global_keybindings/run_command_1 \
 "<Control><Alt>0"
