Of course. As I see, "Settings" and "Help" are both required. But they
are barely used. So you could move this options to a general Settings
and Help Application, respectively. I think this way is even more
intuitive. I need help and I have and application called "Help". I
need to set up something and I have an application called Settings.

Yes, I did mean fullscreen apps. Your suggestion sounds nice to me.

About the Message Tray, what I mean is that if you, for example, are
writting something and accidentally you place down the mouse, the
application stop working. You're not writting anything if the Message
Tray is open. I think OS shows the dock, but the application doesn't
"freeze".
