Is the GNOME project participating in the 2007 Google Summer of Code project?

Is the GNOME project participating in the 2007 Google Summer of Code project?

If so, do you have an up-to-date porject suggestions page?  The one at
http://live.gnome.org/SummerOfCode2006/Ideas looks to me like it's out
of date.

Currently that page is pointed to by
http://code.google.com/soc/gnome/about.html which is pointed to by
http://www.gnu.org/software/soc-projects/ideas.html.  I guess one of
those URLs should be updated.
