Literature on Programming with GTK+

Hi

I wanted to know if there is someplace where there is literature on
programming with GTK+ ?
I have found a lot of html pages on gtk.org. I was wondering if all that
info was in some pdf file , as it is easier to print a pdf file than a
whole lot of pages of html.

Further, is GTK in the C domain ? or can i program in c++ with it ?
