Imagine you have two accounts, one on sip.qsc.de, with username "jan"
and password "1234". And the other on fwd.pulver.com, with username
"jan" and password "5678".

You define both accounts in the "Accounts window" (Edit->Accounts), and
you enable both of them.

Then you go in the preferences, and put "sip.qsc.de" as "Default Proxy".
(Notice that this preference will be moved to the Accounts Window to be
more intuitive).

That means that if you dial :
sip:12345 sip qsc de, 12345 will be dialed through QSC
sip:12345 fwd pulver com, 12345 will be dialed through fwd.pulver.com,
defined in the accounts window
sip:12345 , 12345 will be dialed through the default proxy, ie the
default account, ie sip.qsc.de

Now, if you dial :
sip:12345 sip sipgate de, and you have defined no account on sipgate.de,
then the call will probably fail because you are not registered to it.
