This is clearly a bug, either in PWLib, either in OpenH323, but not in
GnomeMeeting. I've never seen so horrible pictures!

Please tell me more about your webcam, and which driver version u are
using.

Another thing, before I submit the bug report, have you that problem
when trying from GnomeMeeting to GnomeMeeting?

If not, then the problem must be on Netmeeting's side.
