[GnomeMeeting-list] White screen

When I try to discuss with Netmeeting users, I can see theit webcam, but
they just see a white screen.
What could I do ?
I am using GM 1.0.2 with a Labtec webcam on qc-usb driver, and Mandrake
10.0 Community.
I hope this question has not been asked too much before me...
