[GnomeMeeting-list] bug getting a pc-to-phone account

i installed Ekiga 1.99.0-20060123-01. when i click on "pc to
phone"account and then "get an ekiga pc-to-phone account" then i get 
Error 404 for the site:
https://www.diamondcard.us/exec/voip-username?act=sgn&spo=gnomemeeting

is it possible to get a pc-to-phone account from an other provider? id
yes how?
