Maybe I did not make my intentions very clear.
I want to use glib 2.0 Main Event Loop
facilities, in combination with IO channels
to write a progrma that listens to a socket
and uses a threadpool to handle these connections.

Basically I am looking for some (any) program
that uses these facilities in this way, so I
have a working example.
