It was indeed out of date (I just fixed it, thanks), and a major difference is that the example bundle files in 0.6.0 weren't set up correctly for the relocated gdk-pixbuf.

For your convenience, the git repo is git://git.gnome.org/gtk-mac-bundler
and the latest tarball is
 http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/gtk-mac-bundler/0.6/gtk-mac-bundler-0.6.1.tar.bz2
