Ah, crap, this is how it was supposed to work but it doesn't - the
vapi files are installed only when compiled with --enable-vala but I
wanted them to get installed even without the flag. Will be fixed in
0.10.1. For now you have to copy them to your system's vapi directory
manually or use --enable-vala.
