I don't see gtksourceview here. Seems like it is not included in your gnome-python2-extras package. You should look in your repository for a separate package (gnome-python2-gtksourceview or alike).

$ rpm -ql gtksourceview

This is gtksourceview library itself, not Python bindings to it.
