The problem is that both those pages shows me standard gitlab page with text
"404

The page could not be found or you don't have permission to view it."

The message is the same for both anonymous view and for simple user for logged in as registered gnome gitlab 
user.

It doesn't look like browser issue, since I can view https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus/tree/master

(note "nautilus" not "meld")
