I would like to apply to the Emeritus Membership status.   While I continue to promote Gnome, and still lead 
the engineering team that contributes to MonoDevelop (a Gtk+ based IDE for C# and F# code) and still fund the 
development of Gtk+ 2 stack for OSX, I am unsure that these are sufficient contributions to decided and vote 
on the foundation.

That said, I am still attached to Gnome, and I still love to be involved in some capacity in the community.
