It looks like the omg.org/ is missing from /all/ the exception ids. As 
such I have revised all the exceptions in 
orbitcpp/orb-cpp/orbitcpp_exceptionlist.h.

Can you please checkout the latest version of orbitcpp from CVS and 
confirm that it now works as well. Thanks.
