Orca not stopping talking

Hi everyone,

I've mentioned this problem before but I still can't find the cause.
Orca is not interupting speech as I move around the desktop.  This
renders it unusable.

The interesting thing is that if I create a new user from scratch they
don't appear to have this problem.

I removed all gnome configuration files and the problem went away, so
did all my settings of course :(.  Now the problem is back again.

I'm using latest Ubuntu Edgy and orca built from cvs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
