[orca-list] Speech dispatcher

Hi there!
I've tryed to modify speechd.conf file from /etc/speech-dispatcher with
the nano text editor, and to delete the # character before the AddModule
line for festival, but when I restart my ubuntu system, in the
Synthesizer's list, I have Default, eSpeak, and Dummy, and Festival is
not there.
Is speechd.conf exist and on another location, and need I to change it?
