I think the general term which is used now is usability, surely everyone 
wants their system to be usable, although I can think of examples where if 
the developer wants that then it doesn't shine through in the website. That 
last comment is more than just accessibility, there are times when trying to 
find the correct section to get the correct information seems to be a 
puzzle.
