Hi Tony and thanks for the super quick response. One question, if I do 
install the upgrade today due to transportation being already scheduled, 
is there a simple update procedure similar to sudo apt-get && sudo 
apt-get dist-upgrade that I can walk him through over the phone to get 
the 3.2.1 update? Again thanks for the quick reply and all your help.
