[orca-list] clarification regarding voice page preferences

Hi all.

In the voice page preferences we have  the voice type settings and the 
global voice settings.

The parameters speech system, speech synthesizer and person are present 
in the voice type settings, what means that I could for example use a 
different synthesizer to the system voice.
Am I understanding correctly?
