[orca-list] delay to load a new profile

Hi all.
I've noticed that in my machine , orca takes about 5 seconds to load a
profile when I click the load button in the gui prefs.
This doesn't happen if I load the profile on the fly.
Nothing too serious, but I think that should be reported.
