Re: [orca-list] .deb package of latest orca from master uploaded to my git hub

hey,
i'm guessing you've tryed it?
does it work well for you?
I thought I would wish to help this is away I thought of.
I doubt i'll do a daily update maybe weekly or so?
yes this is neesh
luke used to have ppas for orca accessibility till the ubuntu fokes
booted him I don't agree with that at all,
tell me how it goes.

I wish i had someone like me who did this first :)
the programm i use is called checkinstall.
to be fare i could have moved the orca install to /opt but thought the
people who will try this know what they are doing.

if you wish to do this yourself,
just get orca from git,
do ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr
or --prefix=/opt if you want it installing someware other than default,
make sure you have the package checkinstall installed.
apt-get install checkinstall
in the orca git folder run sudo checkinstall
it will ask you questions and offer to make a docks subdir let it do so.
it will install the built package I warn you.

getting to gripps with git
and pushing and pulling.

Hey, thanks for doing this!  Keeps orca master under apt package
management.  I don't expect any trouble in Buster, but wonder how far back
one can safely go?

Cheers,
