[orca-list] problem with gtk+ and orca

Hi.  I am using gnome on gentoo x86-64 and during an update, it
emerged gtk+3.24.10.  When I run orca, and try to run a program orca
does not see it.  This happens with simple things like
gnome-terminal.  If I go back to gtk+3.24.8 things work fine again.
Is this a known issue, if not, how can I file a bug or whatever?
