People usually use this list or sometimes the IRC channel (#planner on irc.gnome.org), although you'll have to be patient since people might take time to see your question and answer it. --=20 Alexandre Franke From notification+237@homerunmail.com Mon Apr 11 22:29:53 2011 Return-Path: X-Original-To: planner-list@gnome.org Delivered-To: planner-list@gnome.org Received: from localhost (localhost.localdomain [127.0.0.1]) by menubar.gnome.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id A77F87500C5 for ; Mon, 11 Apr 2011 22:29:53 +0000 (UTC) X-Virus-Scanned: by amavisd-new at gnome.org X-Spam-Flag: NO X-Spam-Score: -0.717 X-Spam-Level: X-Spam-Status: No, score=-0.717 tagged_above=-999 required=2 tests=[BAYES_00=-1.9, DKIM_ADSP_CUSTOM_MED=0.001, DKIM_SIGNED=0.1, DKIM_VALID=-0.1, FREEMAIL_FROM=0.001, HTML_IMAGE_RATIO_04=0.556, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, NML_ADSP_CUSTOM_MED=0.9, RCVD_IN_RP_SAFE=-2, SPF_PASS=-0.001, T_RP_MATCHES_RCVD=-0.01, T_TO_NO_BRKTS_FREEMAIL=0.01, URIBL_BLACK=1.725] autolearn=no Received: from menubar.gnome.org ([127.0.0.1]) by localhost (menubar.gnome.org [127.0.0.1]) (amavisd-new, port 10024) with ESMTP id dsXeLvVyqPOW for ; Mon, 11 Apr 2011 22:29:51 +0000 (UTC) X-Greylist: delayed 533 seconds by postgrey-1.32 at menubar.gnome.org; Mon, 11 Apr 2011 22:29:51 UTC Received: from mail.homerunmail.com (homerunmail.com [209.237.226.237]) by menubar.gnome.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id AFF8C75002D for ; Mon, 11 Apr 2011 22:29:43 +0000 (UTC) Received: from homerunmail.com (jicama [10.2.226.229]) by mail.homerunmail.com (Postfix) with ESMTP id 5D0D712637D4 for ; Mon, 11 Apr 2011 22:20:48 +0000 (UTC) DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=simple/simple; d=homerunmail.com; s=2010; t=1302560448; bh=DnPtX9spxSmGTPqW6nJyNXd0zaGgkqMhx9J8uMMp5pM=; h=Date:From:Sender:Reply-To:To:Message-ID:Subject:Mime-Version: Content-Type:Content-Transfer-Encoding:List-Unsubscribe; b=T8CDQwPWFS7sGxB5c87zUh4d2S2DLBIfwCv0MdFrmziNnD77VlUyq75uOiObwjHBZ GjuRqM3P9jRRx0XjUkpfH5SRiD7o6D/j24sWuDHZMrJ9g/ZUJT1KaQDxCPMYhlMD/K thDbiQoVWZQtvtDZeQRGIwB6Y64PDbB9jCcApGyk= DomainKey-Signature: a=rsa-sha1; s=2010dk; d=homerunmail.com; c=simple; q=dns; b=BAQhyqmj2uXCdrBbEcI6rpjwXb0EFRD12xeLSaauhAk1vz1oWpNEbid1wgUSTbFrK cIZg1g7U8vIrZvLPpVpALSoCyLVE5fIQQkK/b8aDrSW9fzl6HnNAqwl3ZOPenYELF7m 0K7TReBp7ri4dpKWDC9sHGNEdx7vcpUyzuZWJEc= Date: Mon, 11 Apr 2011 22:20:48 +0000 From: Randall Wright Sender: notification+237@homerunmail.com To: planner-list@gnome.org Message-ID: <4da37ec056ea9_5958133df3c43971186@jicama.mail> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="--==_mimepart_4da37ec050eee_5958133df3c43970850"; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Subject: Planner-list Randall Wright sent you a movie ticket redeemable at more than 200 nation wide theatre chains X-BeenThere: planner-list@gnome.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.14 Precedence: list Reply-To: notification+fdf8651c@homerunmail.com List-Id: Planner discussion list for users List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Mon, 11 Apr 2011 22:29:53 -0000 ----==_mimepart_4da37ec050eee_5958133df3c43970850 Date: Mon, 11 Apr 2011 22:20:48 +0000 Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-ID: <4da37ec055620_5958133df3c43970977@jicama.mail> Randall Wright has chosen to send you a free movie ticket, up to $10 value. I was stuck wih GanttProject (which also has qualities, but I can't get used to its defects), but now I've found my project-manager-eldorado. As I see it in the mailing-list archives, the question I'm about to ask has allready been treated (or closely) : http://mail.gnome.org/archives/planner-list/2011-January/msg00000.html But I wonder if a Planner user may either switch between a weekly or monthly display, and to keep it no matter what zoom percentage he uses (not the best solution, as far as I can tell), or have the month displayed before the year on the weekly display (for example, it appears now like this : "Week 17, 2011", may it be set like this : "Week 17, March 2011"). For a week shared between two month, Planner could rely on the first day of the week (Monday March 28. to Friday April 1st, it would display "Week 13, March 2011"). Not really sure about that one, but it's the best I can figure out. I know it may seem unimportant, but I could really use it ! Thanks again for your amazing work, Best regards, Olivier Wenzek
