Hmmmm ... a few comments:
- too small, would be nice if one can get it into a separate window and
  a bit larger
- too sensitive to mouse wheel for zooming
- highlight reaction of the photos are not visible in my setting
- it looks like there is no clustering of the markers
- if photos don't have any location, the end up as shown in the nowhere
  (0/0 coordinates, better show nothing)
- drag and drop I didn't use by now
