yes, i've mentioned this several times to people, and that topic seems
to just be ignored...

both.  usability, because it isn't discoverable otherwise.  contexts
menus are rarely used (at least properly) and users probably won't
realize they're there.  (of course, they *should* be ther
enone-the-less, for users who *do* use contexts menus, and because they
never will be common enough to be dependable/discoverable if nobody
starts using them.)  for accessibility because there's no way to
drag-n-drop with certain input methods.

Honestly, adding some simple Add/Remove buttons for this shouldn't be
that big of a deal.  Given the several useless buttons already present
in the mockups floating around, I think we've got plenty of room for
it... ;-)
