WM Spec Website

Due to popular response, I will be adding a guest account to the site. The
guest account will _not_ be able to see or post comments. It will be able
to see news items. Therefore I do insist that any news items posted be
written in a professional manner that if they were called to public
attention in some forum such as Slashdot, would be publicly acceptable.

The guest account will be guest, password guest (oh, gee, what a surprise
=)).
