Peter, were you looking at the associated code specifically or is that
just one regression test you happen to found was broken ? Do you think you

As of today, I'm not really understanding DTD parsing libxml2, but I'll try. 

  Entities handling is ... hell. Thanks SGML (and SAX :-( ) !
Try to make sure to run all the regression tests each time you touch part of
that code it's just too damn easy to break something (Ideally running the
regression suite against the W3C/NIST testsuite makes a far better coverage
but it's dependant on the python wrappers and requires to download the suite
independantly).
