Short note to programmers

While translating gnome-utils, I would like to note:

1. There should be consistency with

a. msgid "Name :"
b. msgid "Name : "
c. msgid "Name:"

Correct: c

2. There should be consistency with

a. msgid "About"
b. msgid "About.."
c. msgid "About..."
d. msgid "About .."
e. msgid "About ..."

Correct: c

3. The 3 consecutive dots should be used
*only* if the option leads to a new window.
If there is a new window comming up, then there
must be 3 consecutive dots.

The essense of the 3 dots is that the user should feel the confidence
that by clicking the option, nothing terrible will happen, she will
just open a new window with more detailed options.

4. Try to avoid using shortened words.

5. Try to avoid using any extra spaces at the end of strings.

6. Try not to make preference windows to be text size dependant.
