Re-delay of gtranslator release

Again I'm delaying the coming gtranslator release waiting for GAL (seems to
happen never again) and for updated docs from Emese Kovacs getting in. Maybe
you want to bug more stuff into http://bugzilla.gnome.org -- I'll try to fix
some of them in the re-delay time meanwhile. You can update your
translations, play with gtranslator or do other things .-) Have a nice day, evening,
night etc.
