sawfish: problem with generation of .pot

In CVS:sawfish/po/ there is a script that is supposed to create a new
sawfish.pot file. The script relies on a DOC(?) file that does not exist.
Could someone have a look at it?

There does not seem to be another way to update the .po files.y
