Another thing would be to encourage users to report errors to the
translators. Since the users are the ones who really test the
application, they are perfect for the job.

Right now, there is no place in the application a user can get hold of
contact information for the translator.

An ideal spot would be in the about box.

Since the Gnome 1.2 API doesn't have support for the translators' name(s) I
think it's fair as a translator to write your name(s) and contact info
at the end of the about box text.

I would be surprised if any application writers would look at that as
infringing.
